Camp

I'm Back!! And i am totally exhausted. The first night i was there we only got like 3 and a half hours sleep and last night we got about 5 or so hours of sleep. We were gonna sneak out and rig some pranks oustide the guys cabins but we weren't going to do it till like 4 in the morning so we set alarms and at 4 Kayla came to get us up but we were all dead tired that we decided not to do it lol. But i had a blast. well kind of. the first day was okay. my sister and friend got in the same group and i was all bymyself = [ and im a shy person so i was like really scared but i knew the one girl from last year, Amber, she's quiet like me, okay shes probably way more quiet than i am, but she's a really sweet girl, and then a new girl Tiffany was on my team and she was seriously like Lindsey Lohan's twin (at least how lindsey looked in like the parent trap) it was soo funny how close she looked like lindsey but she was reallly outgoing and we became good friends. we got 4th place though haha but we tied for first in our Bible skits (ours was hilarious) but anyway we just did activities practically the entire day adn stuff....w/ a morning and evening service. so yeah, the first day was good, then the second day, i was just kinda feeling ugh and not haveing the best of time but the evening service pretty much turned that around it was amazing...our speaker was soo good (i'll post on some of the stuff later but im exhuasted so im just posting this for now) but it was just..yeah amazing.....the speaker was talking about trusting completly in God and stuff and giving everything to Him...it was jsut a really moving service...and there was an alter call and like everyone almost went up which was really cool.....and everyone was crying...i think it's the first time i've cried in a few weeks (ha.) but it was definatly a touching story and i felt a burden lifted off my shoulders and wow. but it was truly an incredible three days. some parts were a little "ahh" but thats okay i met a lot of really nice people and got to know the girls a lot better this year
yesterday i got so embarressed tho. after we were done playing softball Amber and i took off for the showers cuz we only had 4 showers and we didn't have that long to get ready so everyone always goes for the showers when its time...well Amber thought it was time so we get all our stuff and went to the showers and then Amber forgot her flip flops so she went to get them and so i go in the shower and she came back and she's like "Christa!! its not shower time!! we have to do a relay!!" and i was like oh my word!! you are kidding me!! and she wasn't which was awful!! so i had to get out of the shower and just throw my hair up and then go do this stupid relay race and then when it was actually time for showers i had to get back in the shower to finish my shower that i had started *very embarressing* let me tell you....and its still embarressing but its funny too
but anways i'm am EXHAUSTED and i have to work tomorrow and it's 11:30 so i guess i should get to bed....i'll post more about camp later when i have time and catch up on some sleep!
